Role Description
This is a temporary on-site role for a Seasonal Chef/Cook at Rose's Restaurant &amp; Catering in Ei&eth;i. The chef/cook will create menus and plating designs, enforce nutrition, safety, and sanitation, and ensure the quality of the meals served in the restaurant. Inventory is significant every day before and after service.
The Chef/Cook will prepare and cook seasonal dishes, maintain a clean kitchen, and ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's standards.
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Culinary skills and experience in food preparation</li>
<li>Menu planning and recipe creation abilities</li>
<li>Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment</li>
<li>EU Passport Holder</li>
<li>Experience in the catering or restaurant industry is a plus</li>
<li>A culinary degree or relevant certification is beneficial.</li>
</ul>
This position is for someone with a Clunary background who understands the industry. We have to work together to bring revenue as a family. We are a small team but strong and hard workers.
